How We Ship

This is a 2000lb super sack! We also ship in retail bags totaling 2000lbs at .02lb  more or $40.00 more per pallet for retail bags. 

• Residential drops are by  lift gate drop to the ground curbside or end of driveway closest to the road.  You  are responsible from moving from the drop point.You MUST be able to have a semi truck access your street. If not we cannot deliver to your home. If this is a problem we recommend the retail bags.

• Commercial drop means you are in a commercial zoned area, have access for a semi truck and have equipment WITH FORKS to unload. Your order may arrive in a van truck or flat bed. If it arrives in a van you must have equipment with FORKS and a pallet jack. You can request a flatbed if you cannot obtain a pallet jack,but they will be a bit more expensive.

Please send all your specifics and we will get a price for you quickly within 48 hours, usually within 24 hours or less.

When calling or emailing for the best pricing around be sure to leave name, number, full address with zip code, color, kind of mulch you need and if it is a residential or commercial drop.

Return Policy

There are NO returns. Please get a sample prior to ordering. *Once you have paid for your order and cancel it, even if it has not left the plant: All orders returned to stock add a 10% restocking fee plus shipping back to the originating plant. Samples sent by request and are highly recommended for a $1.50 shipping fee pre-paid by PayPal.

If your order is shipped and on its way, there are no returns. A lot of work goes into preparing orders prior to shipment, please be sure when placing your order. Please get a sample to be sure prior to ordering. We recommend getting a sample for $1.50 as color and size will vary from plant to plant.
